In order to maintain the best prices for our customers, domestic orders 3 lbs and over will be shipped via UPS when possible. Orders under 3 lbs will typically be shipped USPS. Alternate shipping methods are available at customer expense. Expedited shipping, including Next-Day Air, is available if recieved by 12:00pm (Noon) U.S. Pacific Time. Expedited orders MUST be confirmed via phone. Expedited shipping is subject to a $5.00 surcharge in addition to the actual shipping cost.
Standard shipping cost is a flat $3.99 on order under 3 lbs and $5.99 on order over 3 lbs. within the continental United States. Orders are shipped 5 days a week.
We try very hard to keep an excellent stock on hand but in the case your domestic order does include items that are out of stock we give you the option upon checking out to tell us how you would like your backorder handled.
Options include:
- Hold the entire order until the item(s) arrive
- Delete the item(s) from your order and have all in stock items shipped immediately
- Ship all currently stocked items now and backorder the remaining item(s) to be shipped later at your expense.
If you choose to backorder items, we will contact you with shipping options when the backordered item(s) arrive in stock. Due to the cost of shipping backordering items outside of the continental United States, we only offer the first two choices to these destinations.
For international shipping, USPS Global Priority Mailers are typically the most cost effective and timely. These are available in 2 sizes with a weight limit of 4 pounds and cost either $5.00 or $9.00 Most items will fit in the $9.00 size with the exception of 12x12 paper and storage items. NOTE1: International orders may take a bit longer to ship.
NOTE2: Due to International Customs laws, APO and FPO orders are considered international.
Returns of unopened, resellable products are accepted within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee with the exception of Books and Software which cannot be returned.
If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us so we can make sure we make it right, one way or another. If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning your items as there may be an easier way through the manufacturer.
Shipping Status:
- Received- Your order has been accepted and is ready to begin processing.
- In Process- The items in your order is being pulled from the shelves. Your order will shortly be assembled and ready to pack.
- Packed- Your order has been packed and payment has been verified. Your order is now ready to ship.
- Shipped- Your order has been shipped. If you have provided an email address, you should also receive shipping notification from the shipping company (USPS or UPS).
- Partial Ship- Your order has been shipped in part. Out of stock items will ship when they arrive.
- Awaiting Customer Response- We need some clarification about your order, and have either sent you an email or left you a voice message requesting instructions.
